Purchasing or arrange production of spare parts according to BOM from Technology department. |
| 2 | Spare parts inspection | Spare parts enter transfer stock, inspection department checking and inspect them according to related drawing and requirements, if all ok, entering them to spare parts stock. |
| 3 | Welding | Strictly welding according to operation instruction |
| 4 | Over-pressure | Strictly over-pressure according to operation instruction, over pressure time should extend requirements. |
| 5 | Installment | adjust the center of the movement right, screw for fix, connecting rod well, hairspring no problem |
| 6 | Calibration | Ensure showing accuracy, fixation connecting rod rivets, fixiation movement, fixation dial, fixation pointer, center accurate. |
| 7 | Cover the ring and window if needed | dial and window clean and no damage, screw is fixation well, ring no damage |
| 8 | Leakage check and oil filled if needed | no leakage, oil appropriate and right, oil clean and no impurity |
| 9 | Inspection | According to inspection standard, showing accurate, appearance well, 100% inspection |
